CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking with me you are agreeing to my policies. ✧ DEPOSITS ✧ A $31 non-refundable deposit is required to book. $30 goes toward your service and $1 is a booking fee. ✧ LATE / NO SHOW POLICY ✧ Please communicate if you’re running late. After 10 minutes with no communication, your appointment will be marked as a no call/no show. A new deposit will be required to rebook, and a cancellation fee may apply. ✧ CANCELLATIONS ✧ Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may only be transferred once. ✧ GUESTS ✧ No extra guests unless approved by me. ✧ FILLS & SOAK OFFS ✧ I only offer fills and soak offs on my own work. Fills must be booked within 2–3 weeks; after 3 weeks it will be considered a new set. Soak offs must be added when booking, including gel polish removal, to allow enough appointment time. ✧ ACRYLIC TOES ✧ Acrylic toes require maintenance every 2–3 weeks and should not be worn longer than a month to avoid discomfort or damage. ✧ ADDITIONAL INFO ✧ No refunds. Repairs for broken nails, charms, or rhinestones are offered within 4 days of your appointment. I do not work on damaged nail beds. First-time clients must arrive with bare nails and toes.
