You are agreeing to my terms and policies when you book your appointment. ☆˙⋆ DEPOSITS ⋆˙☆ $31 non refundable deposit required to book. $30 will go towards your appointment and the $1 is a service fee charged by the booking website. ☆˙⋆ LATE POLICY ⋆˙☆ I am very understanding, so if running late please just let me know. If there's no notice after 10 minutes the appointment will be considered a no call/no show, and a new deposit will have to be sent in order to book again. ☆˙⋆ CANCELLATION POLICY ⋆˙☆ If you need to cancel for any reason please cancel 48 hours in advance! This way it’ll be easier for me to reschedule you as well as give someone else the opportunity to book. Your deposit can only be transferred once. There is a 50% cancellation fee if canceled less than 24 hours in advanced. NO EXTRA GUESTS UNLESS APPROVED BY ME. ☆˙⋆ FILLS / SOAK OFFS ⋆˙☆ I do not offer Foreign fills or Foreign soak offs. I will only soak off and do fills on my own work! The max time you can wait for a fill is 2-3 weeks, anything after 3 weeks will not be considered a fill and will be considered a new set since it requires a rebalance. If you do need a soak off it MUST be booked this is to help me time my appointments correctly. If not booked we may not have time for what you originally booked. Removing gel polish will be considered a soak off as well. ☆˙⋆ ACRYLIC TOES ⋆˙☆ Wearing acrylic on your toes is a luxury service that is not for everyone. It is very important to be consistent with the maintenance and book a fill at least every 2-3 weeks. It is not recommended to leave acrylic toes on longer than a month as it can cause damage or be uncomfortable with shoes ☆˙⋆ XTRA INFO ⋆˙☆ I do not offer refunds on any service. I do offer to fix broken nails/rhinestones/charms within a 4 day notice. I do not work on damaged nail beds. IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME BOOKING WITH ME PLEASE COME WITH BARE NAILS & TOES.
